Training in Using Essential Oils for Animals:

Until recent years aromatherapy courses for animals did not exist. Aromatherapists who had trained as therapists for humans started developing their techniques in aromatherapy for animals and horses. GEOTA was formed in 2000 and started one of the first diploma courses

GEOTA offers: The Diploma Course in Essential Oil Therapy for Animals

In four modules over 9 months:

• The study of 48 essential oils, their therapeutic effects and safety issues.
• Kinesiology
• Anatomy and Physiology and veterinary matters with Nigel Dodman MRCVS
• Essential Oil science with Ian Smith MSc.
